Chili, S'Mores, Songs and Hayrides at Country Christmas

People love getting together to celebrate, especially for Christmas. It is a time to enjoy each other and support a good cause. Several groups in Burns got together at the Burns Community Center Senior Center for an event.

Laramie County Fire District #6 was in control of the fire for the s'mores. They used a wheelbarrow for the fire. It was great to have a fire and they kept it contained. Mayor Joseph Nicholson was the first one to put a marshmallow on a stick to roast. His three kids love the "oozy gooey" of a s'mores. The marshmallows and chocolate were large and there were graham crackers....
