Local Schools Perform Holiday Music and Song

Every Christmas the Pine Bluffs Band puts a concert on. It is call the Pine Bluffs High School Holiday Concert Program. It is directed by Logan Vanderlaan.

It start a few years ago with students going to Jazz Band in their spare time. Now the Pine Bluffs High School has a class for the Jazz ensemble. The enthusiasm of the students in the class showed at the concert. They did three songs that everyone performed. The songs Alright, Okay, You Win by Sid Wyche & Mayme Watts, Bye Bye Blackbird was by Ray Henderson and Watermelon Man by Herbie Hancock. All the songs was arranged by Vanderlaan. Amber...
