Secretary Gray Celebrates Fifth Circuit's Latest Decision to Block Enforcement of CTA Deadlines and Reinstate Nationwide Injunction of CTA

CHEYENNE, WY – The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals issued an order on the evening of December 26th vacating the stay on a nationwide injunction enjoining the United States Government from enforcing the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and its Implementing Regulations. This December 26th order once again blocks the enforcement of the CTA and its associated reporting requirements. Secretary of State Chuck Gray issued the following statement applauding the order:
