Wyoming National Guard prepares to support the 60th Presidential Inauguration

CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Close to 70 Wyoming National Guard Soldiers and Airmen activate to support the 60th Presidential Inauguration on January 20 in Washington D.C.

They will serve as part of a much larger military force comprised of U.S. military personnel from across the nation and will provide security, logistical and support operations for the inauguration.

To get ready for their duties in the National Capitol Region, Cowboy Guard troops will participate in a comprehensive training regimen before their departure. This training will occur in and around the Cheyenne region over the next week.
