The year 2024 was one of the most destructive wildland fire years in Wyoming history. Now the current fire in Los Angeles, California has become the worst structure fire in Los Angeles history. In our small town of Pine Bluffs, we have only a couple of dozen volunteer firemen to protect our homes and grassland with only a few quick responding local fire fighters when these fires are reported.
