Shmidl Eyes Future with Simpson College Storm

Shawn Shmidl, the football standout player last year for the Pine Bluffs Hornets, has his eyes set on his future. Last Wednesday in the Pine Bluffs High School Common Are, Shmidl signed a letter of intent to attend Simpson College and play for the Simpson College Storm football team.

Shmidl is a member of the 2024 State 2A Football Champions, a two time "Prep Athlete of the Week" recipient and All-State Award winner.
